Inside the Valencia 68: Singapore's First Proprietary Superyacht Brand
Meet the Valencia 68 — a purpose-built 68-foot motor yacht designed specifically for Southeast Asian waters and ownership patterns. Built by Valencia Marine Group.
Inside the Valencia 68: Singapore's First Proprietary Superyacht Brand
For nearly a decade, Valencia Marine Group has operated as a charter, brokerage, and crew management business across Singapore's two premier marinas. The Valencia 68 marks a new chapter: our first proprietary yacht brand, designed and built specifically for Southeast Asian waters and ownership patterns.
Why We Built Our Own Yacht
After years of chartering and managing other manufacturers' vessels, certain gaps became obvious — layouts not suited to tropical entertaining, engine specifications mismatched to regional fuel availability, and a lack of co-ownership-ready documentation and structuring. The Valencia 68 was designed to close those gaps from the keel up.
Engineering and Specifications
The Valencia 68 runs on a Weichai WP13Y600 engine, chosen for its reliability and serviceability across our marina network. The vessel integrates a J1939 CAN bus system, enabling real-time monitoring of engine performance, fuel consumption, and vessel health — the technical backbone for our VoyageIQ monitoring platform, which will give owners and captains live visibility into vessel status from anywhere.
Built for Entertaining and Cruising
At 68 feet, the yacht is large enough for extended cruising and overnight charters, yet manageable enough to operate with a lean, professional crew. The layout prioritises open-air entertaining spaces — critical in Singapore's climate — alongside private cabins for owners who want to use the vessel for multi-day trips around the Riau Islands or further into Indonesian waters.
A Singapore-Built Brand for the Region
Where many superyachts are designed in Europe with European cruising patterns in mind, the Valencia 68 was conceived specifically for Southeast Asia: shorter, more frequent trips; high humidity and heat; and a growing base of owners who want co-ownership structures rather than sole ownership.
The Valencia 68 arrives in Singapore in Q4 2026 and will be on display at the Thailand International Boat Show and Phuket International Yacht Show 2027. We'll be sharing build updates, specification deep-dives, and investor details in the lead-up to delivery.
